While most girls say that their style icon is Gewn, Mischa or one of the various Jessica's, I can proudly say that my personal style icon is tom Ford. Yes, Tom Ford the fashion designer, and man. While I have a glaringly obvious lack of a 'Y' chomosome, I do also have a gflaringly obvious eye for fashion, and Tom Ford knows fashion. I really wish I also knew Tom Ford. In nearly every picture I see of him, he is incredibly polished, and super weel dressed. His clothes are clean and have fantastic, in control straight lines. The colours he wears are classic, and his face is chiseled, and sure of what he's doing, and hwere he's going.

I really wish I could look like that every day. Right now, I've got massive bags under my eyes, and my back hurts. But, if I did look like that every day, I would so it with this Hannah bag by Angela Adams. It's made out of 100% post industrial recycled polyester. That's the good part.

The bad part is that it's got a leather interior. I don't eat animals, and I certainly don't wear them either (except vintage. Vintage leather and fur is okay.)

In any case, my point here is that I'm a little tired of half-way-kinda-sorta eco friendly stuff. Give me 100% recycled darn it.

Psh! I should just design my own line of preloved fabric handbags. Maybe I'd even get away with selling then for $230.00 a pop. (via Treehugger.com)
