The Myo-Release Ball is used for myofascial release to assist in equalizing muscle tension in your body. Different sized balls allow you to treat trigger points based on their size and/or sensitivity. The larger balls spreads the force out over the muscle area, while the smaller balls allow you to target a small part of the muscle and penetrate the tissue more deeply.
The Myo-Release Balls keep their shape and won't absorb moisture or bacteria.
