I was fortunate to have Suzanne Goin sign my copy at the 3rd St. Farmer's market when the book first came out a few years back. This is a great cook book in the style of Lucques cuisine - fresh mediteranean. My wife has made numerous recepes, the Almond Cake is a house favorite.

I have not yet made anything from this book by Suzanne Goin of AOC and Lucques, but I have flipped through the pages many times. I can't wait to have a moment to breathe. And cook.

A fantastic book of seasonal recipes from the LA chef, Suzanne Goin. She is the chef/co-owner behind my favorite restaurants in LA -- AOC, Hungry Cat, and Lucques. This is a staple for all serious home cooks. (via Ricky Swallow & Lesley Vance)
