I've been known to be a research whore. I've been thinking of replacing my microwave with a toaster oven. It can't possibly be as difficult as say; switching to Linux from Windows?
After all my research this is the one I decided on.

i bought this about a year and a half ago. i needed something compact (small kitchen) but i also wanted a variety of features because i ideally wanted it to take over the jobs of the microwave and the oven (there are only 2 of us at the apartment). i have to say its been a lifesaver. its big enough to cook a whole pizza and a casserole of lasagna but also toasts slices of bread and bagels. there isn't anything you can't do in this little oven. it has settings for toast, bake and broil. i've made entire meals in it and it saves me the hassle of waiting for the oven to pre-heat. it has an auto shut-off system so i also never worry that i accidentally left it on. i did a lot of research online before i bought it and am quite satisfied with it.
