The Petite Siriah originally was grown in France and is a variety of red grapes. Its taste is tannic meaning it is spicy and a plummit of flavors. It is particularly vigorous and while in its oak barrells actually smells like melted chocolate. It has a dark, inky color and is relatively acidic. And, it has a firm texture when it is first tasted by your lips. Intrigued? You can get it at wine.com (via wine.com)
