I am totally obsessed with the song No Cars Go -- I think I listened to it 10 times tonight. This song played in more than one runway show during New York Fashion Week and listening to it takes me back to a happy NYC fashion kind of place.

Neon Bible, easily one of my favorite albums of '07. The 8 piece band proves that they really know how to rock at a level equal to or surpassing bands like TV on the Radio.

There are some albums that you love right off the bat, and then there are the ones that take a little while to creep in, but when they do, they send hooks straight into your soul. This is one of the later albums for me. Full of organs and post-apocalyptic dread, it's not the lightest of albums around, but it's amazing. Must be played loudly over really good speakers to get the full effect.
