This is a simpler, slightly less-powered version of the above. I love this brand. Very solid. Takes a beating and is perfect for crushing ice and soup purees.

I have a Vita-Mix and can't live without it. It's just the most durable, dependable machine. We make green smoothies every day, sauces and soups, too. My husband is an endurance athlete and he can't go without his protein drinks in the Vita-Mix, especially when he needs to be taking in a lot of calories. The more calories in liquid form, the better for him.
