here's a lesser known planner that works great for some people. I've heard that this is a great system for those with ADD. not quite sure why but I think it has to do with the sort of funnel focus. it didn't work great for me but i need lots of notes space and bought the smaller personal size. i can see that it is a system that could really work.

i think this company is nice to work with too. they offer a guarantee. it's not the prettiest thing but if it's function over form you're seeking this might be for you.

After my Blackberry dumped a bunch of my appointments and deleted them from Outlook, I decided I needed a paper calendar again. Several women in business colleagues recommended Planner Pads, so I bought the loose-leaf 8 1/2 x 11 set. I LOVE it! Lots of room for notes, easy to transfer projects forward, and very user friendly. It works well as a tickler: you can attach directions to a meeting, invitations, notes and printouts to the page when the event is scheduled. What a great way to organize. Handle papers once and file them under the date they are needed. My Planner Pad is with me 100% of the time now.
