So many people could get more help folding and putting away laundry if the items were labeled with the owner’s name. One trick we’ve used for years: Put one dot on your oldest child’s clothing, two dots on the next child’s, and so on. When the oldest outgrows the clothing, just add another dot to hand it down. Now anybody can fold and put away the clothes, because there is no ambiguity about where it goes.
