I don't own one because this great console is always sold out where I live, but I've played it at a friends house and it's good aerobic activity working and utilizing every muscle and fun too. Like a yoga class at home.

I can't wait to get Wii Fit, I am loving all of the new hi tech ideas to help us stay in shape. I'm the sort of person who will workout hard as long as someone tells me what to do. These programs are great for a girl like me
