this amazing sci-fi-esque movie will keep you completely hooked from start to finish. it tells the story of an ex-marine who get shot in the head (don't worry...it happens in the first scene) then seemingly commits a murder and is sent to a psychiatric "care" facility.

This movie gets inside your head and terrifies you. Adrian Brody does an amazing job.
