A set of DVDs with instructions from Romana, the world-renowned protégé of Joseph Pilates! This is definitely on my list to BUY. 3 years of Pilates later, I think I'm certainly ready for Romana's mat work.

I was lucky enough to have my own personal Pilates guru for a while. In regards to my personal fitness, it was the best thing I've ever done. If you can't have your own personal Pilates instructor, then a video, by someone who really knows what they are doing, is the next best thing.
