Hand-spun and hand-knitted by women in rural Kenya, this plump, huggable owl is dyed with plants grown in the women's gardens. The money they earn pays for glasses when it was discovered that some women were knitting inches away from their eyes because they couldn't see correctly. Now they see a prosperous future before them and their children, thanks to the program that enables them to create these adorable wool owls.
