If your daily schedule changes frequently, if you do a lot of traveling, or if you just have difficulty falling asleep, this is what you need. Melatonin is a naturally occurring brain chemical that tells your body it's time to recharge. Sometimes people have deficiencies of this chemical and this results in insomnia. Just take one tablet about an hour before you plan to sleep, and sure enough your eyes will get heavy and you'll want to go rest.
