Fun projects for the novice DIYer. How to make everything from a portable bar to purses. Lots of great ads for independant vendors and green living.

Actually, this isn't as much a recommendation as a plea (although I do recommend this magazine, and "Make" magazine as well which is also really cool and in the same style). I'm really hoping someone reading this recommendation blog will like ReadyMade as much as I do but have found out about it much sooner, and have alot of back issues they no longer need. I'm just getting a subscription now and love the ideas, but would like to have them all for a resource and to see what I missed.

If this sounds like you and you have old issues you'd be willing to sell, I'll buy them! Thanks (via auntbeep)

ultra-cool mag. lots of diy projects; a ton of inspiration for when you're feeling crafty. even if you're not, the projects are a do-it-yourselfer's eye candy. and the ads in the back are worth the price of the mag.

ReadyMade Magazine is one of those cool unexpected publications. Made for the Do It Yourself types, it provides clever as well as common sense instructions on how to make stuff. What kind of stuff? Remaking stuff out of IKEA goods, recipes, rehab ideas, recycling projects, you name it!

If you like to work with your hands and you life stuff, that is, making stuff, you'll love ReadyMade Magazine!
