Kashi Entrees, Lime Cilantro Shrimp
This is my new favorite thing to have for lunch! I can't believe how healthy an delish this is! I really like to eat healthy and this fits right into my healthy eating plan. I like to bring my lunch so I don't crave to the temptation of eating out all the time with mostly less than healthy choices available. This has the Kashi 7 grains with shrimp (which were not rubbery, which is amazing for frozen shrimp), peppers, onions and carrots over the top with a delish cilantro lime sauce! Kashi makes it easy and delish to keep it healthy.
