This album is my favorite Maiden album and a classic. What sets Maiden apart from many of the NWOBHM (New Wave of British Heavy Metal) bands is what amazing musicians they are. Steve Harris is one of the best bass players on the planet. Even if you are not a metal fan, you cannot help but admire his playing. Every song on this CD is great! My fav. is the title song, Number of the Beast, with its classic intro by Vincent Price. Pop in this CD and see why Iron Maiden endures as a band to this day!
