I am wearing this dress as I type and it's fabulous. I got it at Target last weekend on the clearance rack for, get this ... $9.98! It's $27.99 online so if you have time to stop into a Target and scour the racks it will save you some major moolah.

If you are a bit chesty like me I would advise getting a few sizes up, that way it will fall into the proper spot on your chest. The fabric is soft, the collar stays in place and you are guaranteed to look like an adorable baby doll if you do it right.
