THE authority on meat—best one of it’s kind that I’ve run across. Everything you needed to know about beef, lamb, pork & veal (hold the chicken). The guys give you their take on favorite cuts & why, best ways to prepare, details on different techniques from braising, broiling, roasting, searing etc.; what you should look for when you purchase, color, grain, marbling; what are the best inexpensive cuts, cooking temps & times and pics.That makes you wanna fire up the grill and call the friends over.
