    A truly timeless classic, regardless of the film just produced. Edith Piaf had a very interesting way of rolling her R's that is not done in standard French. The songs take you to another era, yet the things that last are her trilling voice and moving lyrics. éternelle is a compilation CD of some her most famous and best work. It includes the universally known 'La vie an rose' as well as some more obscure, but equally solid work.
