It's not just the Spanish with subtitles that is confusing you, this movie is complicated, and like many of my picks deserves to be watched again with the knowledge you learned from the first viewing.

In case the title didn't clue you in, this is not for children.

warning...if your lonely and feel horny do not watch this movie. its so good in fact you don't need a mate. trust me :)
