The noise cancelling feature is the best I've heard plus it's one of the least cumbersome designs I've seen/worn. I really hate having that massive growth hanging behind my ear like those Jabra headsets. It fits extremely well with or without glasses on thanks to the different "ear loops" and ear buds and it is easily reversible so you can wear it over either ear.
The sound quality is good and there aren't so many buttons that you forget what each one does. I use mine mainly in the car, and I often have the sunroof and windows open with the radio on while talking on the phone, and no one can hear a thing but my voice. You have to keep it fairly close to your phone- within maybe 10 or so feet before it starts getting crackly. Not a problem at all, except when I forget I have it on and I walk too far away.
The last thing I'll say is this. Headsets are definitely not sexy, but if I ever thought one could be, this would be it. It comes in three colors: black, silver, and red. All three colors are sold on the Jawbone web site for $119 (shipping ranges from $14.95 - $29.95 and there's tax if you live in CA) and the silver one is sold in some Cingular stores.

The jawbone actually works ~ (try to not notice that its kind of MASSIVE in size) ~ but when my friend drives in traffic on the freeway and has the windows open, i barely hear a thing. Impressive.

Finally, a noise canceling Bluetooth headset that performs and looks great! Lots of smart technology goes into eliminating background noise from your conversation. Their website does a great job of letting you hear how it works in many typical situations.
This is a great gift for the business traveler or high style gossip.
$120. Available in Black, Grey or Red.
But please remember that a Bluetooth headset is not a fashion accessory, no matter how stylish it is. Nobody is so important that they need to wear it all day, everywhere, no matter how inappropriate it might be. Trust me, you dont look like the cool extra from a sci-fi move you think you are.

Jackhammer proof, apparently.
I'd love to be able to ride my bike and talk on my celly with no wind interference... and without crashing.

This is the first and only headset I've ever used that actually functioned in the real world. It cancels noise like traffic and coffee grinders, television and boomboxes so your caller can hear you better...as well as automatically boosts the volume in your ear when you're in a noisy environment so you can hear them better as well. This device is genius.
It has great integrated buttons, an easy set of commands, and voice dialing works well with my Blackberry Pearl.
The only downside is they included a detachable rubber snap cover for the power connector...it's the type of thing you try to use but inevitably gets detached and lost. Not that big a deal...

This things rocks. The noise cancellation actually works. People have no idea I'm using a headset or that I'm in the car. ...and it looks cool too.

One of the funniest (and best) how-to-be-a-consultant advice I received from my friend H. was "Don't flush the toilet when you're on a conference call." I need to send her this device.
This little gadget cancels all the background noise. So the person on the other side can't tell if you're in your car, at the airport, or other places you shouldn't be when on the phone... I placed an order and cannot wait until it gets here! (I picked red. Hoping I will be able to find it easily on my messy desk.) (via roelof)
