First to recommend
When you get good enough, you'll learn to tune your guitar by ear. Until then, I recommend this device.
It's cheap, pocketable, and extremely accurate. Most importantly it's easy to use - just turn it on and start turning the knobs. A big needle will show you if your tone is too low, too high, and will be straight as an arrow and light up green when you're just right.
I Highly recommend this to all guitarists.
One of these days I'll actually learn to play :)
