Cool. Maybe more clubby than homey, but still...

AAAH. What a stunning design. You know that feeling you got when you heard "Hey Ya" or "Crazy" for the first time, and it was like someone had stolen a song out of your subconscious? ($2,350 at greenergrassdesigns.com)

Droog! This is definitely in my top 3 lighting designs of all times. Stripped of any decorative elements, into the bare essentials needed for lighting (bulbs, sockets, wires, connectors); who knew these simple things can be massed into such a beautiful and elegant object. What more can one ask for?
Though I heard that with 85 bulbs it does draw quite a bit of current, and may need special electrical wiring to support it. IMO it's worth the modifications if you have a space to show it off. (via droog)

This lamp has become a design classic. Huge amounts of the same parts form a highly decorative chandelier.
