Description

Here's an interesting concept, Chronodeco, a small American watch company created by metallurgical engineer Craig Bergsma, features NOS (new old stock) movements. This means that all of the parts in the watch excluding the crystal and the strap have been in storage for at least 50 years and never used. Because the watches are composed of old stock there is always a limited edition of each version. The Positano, named for Bergsma's recent trip to the Italian town, has a 38mm pink gold-filled case with deco designed lugs and a stainless steel snap back. There are just 20 watches available, 12 silver dials and eight black dials. Each one is numbered on the inside of the back and has a Certificate of Authenticity. The watches sell for $695 each. All of Bergsma's previous editions have sold out quickly and this one will probably disappear fast too.
