  This suntan lotion from Germany allows you to adjust your SPF. With one bottle, you can have 30 spf blockage, or simple 2 spf tanning lotion, by just turning a dial. The most fab stuff ever.

  Ladies, we all love a good tan but think of poor Rachel Zoe. Remember leather face is a character in the Chain-Saw Massacre. He ain't cute and neither will you be unless you slather SPF 30 or above on all parts of your body. Perhaps employ the pool boy to do it for you! A full ounce is the recommended dose. For those of you who don't know what a full ounce looks like, take a shot glass from your cabinet (because in Miami we all have one laying around the house); fill it with lotion and your good to go. Reapply every two hours.
