Even though grunge has become an almost dirty word, it's still pivotal to my youth and influential to many of today's greats. This photo book is probably worth browse.
Bridget Fonda is the chick who truly turned me on to grunge through her role as the lovelorn groupie in "Singles" (along with a little help from Matt Dillon, Kyra Sedgwick and Campbell Scott.) So, I am thrilled to see the renegade rock format get its very own tribute tome (penned, no less, by a member of Sonic Youth.) And it is being published just in time for gifting to those in your life with garage band aspirations. Sweetness.
