I really like this vineyard because they employ the biodynamic way of farming and their wines are organic. Yay environment! This wine in particular is really great because of its fruit flavors - especially green apple (a personal fave). Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect summer wine - it goes great with seafood, grilled summer veggies and light pasta dishes - like pesto. Yum! (via Ceago Vinegarden)

This wine sounds great. The entire company is ecologically responsible. You're buying more than a treasured bottle of wine, you're supporting eco-friendly farming and keeping your glass of wine pesticide-free. Great with summer dishes - que rico!
