The Gun lamps collection was introduced as prototype in the spring of 2005 at the Salone del Mobile in Milan and at Moss during ICFF; the prototype lamps were gold-leafed and signed by Starck; this gold-plated lamp is the production version.

One has to be very careful buying this for the home. It could look really modern, or it could be mistaken for the real deal (aaah, you know what I mean). If you have traditional decor? Especially the cabin look? I don't recommend. (via laurasweet)
