While I've recommended Bombay Sapphire in the past, Bombay Dry Gin is the original recipe and my standard go-to. Their distillation process captures all the right flavors using all the right ingredients (coriander and angelica root to name 2) giving the gin a slightly more earthy, rounded taste, while letting the juniper berries shine. It's a great gin (it's been made roughly the same way since 1761) and is cheaper than the sapphire version.

Plus, I think that's Queen Victoria on the bottle, so win-win, right?
