While I've recommended Bombay Sapphire in the past, Bombay Dry Gin is the original recipe and my standard go-to. Their distillation process captures all the right flavors using all the right ingredients (coriander and angelica root to name 2) giving the gin a slightly more earthy, rounded taste, while letting the juniper berries shine.
