Dark soy sauce has an antioxidant activity 150 times that of vitamins C and E, and ten times that of wine! That means it will protect you against cardiovascular disease and cancer while adding a kick of flavor to your food.
It's great as a marinade, dipping sauce and for me, it's the secret in most recipes, but don't tell anyone that!
