this is the best iPod so far in my view - it holds photographs, video, whole films, tons of music, and the battery is replacable (tho by then perhaps you'll have the next generation, although frankly, this one is pretty awesome so why change?)

I just got this and i love love love it and buy a lucite cover for it to keep it safe and smudge-free... an amazing gift to yourself or someone else.... and it holds a TON of stuff with 8GB of memory...

This is perfect for the gym or outdoor runs because it's very lightweight, holds a good amount of music and videos. I usually take this with me to the treadmill and catch up on TV shows. It's especially useful on roadtrips and flights. Pair this up with the NikePlus chip and armband to track your runs.
