What we use staplers for will probably never actually be fun but we can still try to liven things up.
Available in many colors, these italian models from Zenith are an elegant way to plow through that pile of insurance claims or term papers - small stacks though, these work with the little staples.

Great postmodern stapler which displays the inner machinations as simply as possible. Fun colors also allow you to brighten up the office a bit, which everyone can make use of.

I sooo love transparent plastic that reveals the inner workings of objects. I can already see myself staring, glassy eyed, at the little spring coiling and flexing as I staple my way to bliss. Unlike your usual staplers, this one is held in one hand, which works great for me as I somehow find it easier to adjust the stapler than the paper.
