I am really bad at brewing coffee, and I am never able to drink enough to justify brewing even a small pot. I don't care for French press, either, due to too many grounds in the coffee. Toddy coffee has been perfect for me. I can make a batch of coffee and keep it in the fridge for a month, and just add hot water to a small amount whenever I want a cup of coffee. Due to the cold brewing method, there is no oil or bitterness to the coffee. Naturally, it is better when it is first brewed.

Fantastic way to make coffee. The cold brew method. We make tea this way too. It actually makes a coffee or tea Extract. The extract is lower acid and caffeine then conventional coffees. It is milder, but you can adjust the strength. You can also make coffee ice cubes and store them in the freezer. We served coffee made this way at a yard sale and someone actually came back to see how we made it and where could she get one. (via Toddy Coffee maker)
