Simply one of the best films ever made. I won't get into the plot, but it is just one of those movies where everything falls into place. The acting is wonderful, the cinematography is beautiful, if anything it's only flaw is that it ends (although the ending is good too).

If you haven't seen it, watch it.

If not my #1 favorite, then Cool Hand Luke is def in the top 3. First, let's just talk about how hot - I mean amazing - Paul Newman is. Second, if you're someone who really isn't into "old" movies, give this one a shot. It's a timeless story and the themes are just as true today as they were then. You probably quote this movie and don't even know it. This is a story about a man who wouldn't give into The Man. And NOBODY can eat 50 eggs.
