    I'm one of many who have had a bad experience ordering from Charles & Marie. The products were so tempting so I ordered and I thankfully received my order (unlike many other people), but they sent an item in a different color from my order and I decided against keeping it regardless of whether they'd send the correct color or not. I sent it back and they didn't credit me for the return. Tried to get it touch with them about it and haven't heard from them since. Now, their customer service number listed on the website is out of service and they're rated with an F from the BBB.
