This carrier is the one to buy if your baby doesn't want you to put her down, well, ever. It's like having an extra pair of arms. And the best part? It'll tote a tot up to forty pounds. A nice feature, too, is the multi-angle wearing. You can snuggle your kiddo wrapped in front, on the hip, or in the back (after a certain age/ability is reached - we haven't gotten there yet in my house, but I'm looking forward to it).

I loved to carry my son around in this, from the early days when he'd fall fast asleep against me, to the stroller-unfriendly outings when he's too tired to toddle and I'm too tired to carry him.

The sport version of the Ergo Carrier is a great improvement on the basic carrier. It has better back support, and comes up just a bit higher in the back to better support baby. (via BabyChecklist)

The ergo is the best carrier! I got it when my son was 7 months. I wish I would have found it earlier. At 2 1/2 and 26 lbs it is still a very comfortable mode of transport. The great thing is you can carry them on their back. My son loves it and I am hands free!

Ergobaby has created an ergonomically correct carrier that is safe and secure for longer walks and hikes with baby. The outdoorsy gear design means even Dad will use it! Accessories (gotta love accessories) include an attachable backpack and a newborn insert. (via Mama Luxe)

A great baby carrier that you can wear on the front, side or back. It gives you the versatility of a sling without hurting your back. I know, I know, the sling doesn't hurt your back. But wait a while. It will. Also very stylish and you can get baby in and out on your own, once you get the hang of it. (via Jessica)
