With so many studies showing the health benefits of tea, I've been trying to drink more of it and have had fun sampling different brands and brews. This one impressed me the most. Zhi, an Austin based company, sells interesting and amazingly flavorful teas which to me, are better tasting and have more of a natural sweetness than other teas. They also sell a harder to find and very healthful tea called "Pu-er" . My favorite is their "Sweet Desert Delight" which is an organic blend of Rooibos, cinnamon, cacao and coconut. It has no caffeine and doesn't need much sugar. Plus, it has about 50 times the anti-oxidants as other tea. (via Zhi Tea)

Oh, I found them too on a google search. Wow! what a beautiful website. The ordering process was easy but I had a few questions so I sent them to the 'tea master' who answered them very quickly. The tea arrived and it is soooo delicious....and Yes! Sweet Desert Delight is my new favorite; plus I love the Japan Genmaicha for the mornings... (via Zhi Tea)
