If you separate fat from the turkey drippings the way Mom does it - let the fat harden overnight in the fridge then lift off that 3-inch thick layer in the morning - you'll be having gravy a day late. The fat separator does it on the spot, and measure, to boot.

I almost blew the turkey gravy at Thanksgiving... but this is not going to happen again because I am getting this fat separato; so making gravy and soup will be much easier. A 2-cup is $10.95 and a 4-cup is $14.95 and it is well worth it!!

Fat. Ewww. This gadget is perfect for gravy this Thanksgiving. The perforated lid strains out any solid bits, fat rises to the top, and the flavorful broth collects in the base. All in all, it makes your gravy non greasy and even more yummy.
