You save when you buy in bulk ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Several years ago I wised up and started visiting teacher's' school supply/educational resource sites (especially the Clearance links) for bulk purchasing of "the old standards" like glue sticks, Crayola markers and crayons and #2 pencils. Not only did the one-time investment in a classroom-sized bulk box - or "classpack"- ultimately save me hundreds of dollars over yearly retail purchase prices but it also allowed me to skip the back-to-school panic of running around town filling the school supplies list and late-night meltdowns when 'Oh I forgot it was due tomorrow' art projects arise. Oh and let's not forget the "Oh my gosh, it's ten pm and I'm supposed to bring treat bags to the party tomorrow morning!" moments.... I simply walk downstairs to the basement and load up. In fact, I haven't bought a pencil, glue stick or crayon since 2002! With winter upon us and long hours of "Moooom, I'm booored" ahead, maybe it's time you had a look for yourself!
