Music production in a box. No need for mixingboards or racks of electronic machines taking up space, its all on the software.

All you need is imagination and 2GB of harddrive space, (a midi keyboard might help too)

Reason 4.0 is the best Software Synthesiser / sampler / workstation I have ever used. As an all in one production center it lets you make some very cool noises/beats right out of the box. Its Box of knobs and switches emulation is very easy to wrap your head around if you are a hardware person and the sound quality and creation capability is fabulous. Just after sitting down in 5 or ten minutes I can have a whole groove going that rocks me out. Works with Windows (XP OR Vista) or Mac. If you are shopping for a Computer based synth and you could only buy one. then spend you money on Reason..period
