Cool twist on being more sustainable (if you still use plastic). I reuse my plastic bags as trashcan liners, so this would be a great way to save space and store them.

Not all that impressed with the new Simplehuman sensor can, I recently bought the basic, but arguably more functional, wall-mountable grocery bag holder. This sleek, brushed stainless-steel storage unit solved my problems with unruly plastic bags spewing out of drawers and cabinets. Instead, it collects, compacts and stores away my plastic bags to recycle them for future use. Surprisingly, it fits more than 30 bags, which are easily deposited through the top hole and dispensed like a tissue. The slim profile makes it easy to mount in inconspicuous locations, but is plenty attractive to display in the open.

this is the answer i've been looking for. the underside of my kitchen sink is getting choked out by a million plastic bags. a good way to organize grocery bags, ready so they can be reused.

This is very useful if you are still using plastic bags. For people with dogs, it makes sense. If you're in San Francisco, don't bother. Cause they're banning plastic grocery bags in 6 months. These will be a plenty in goodwill stores. For now, we can use one just to be tidy. However, we recommend using paper bags because they're recycle. :-)
