Finally! A hack for the Nike+ sensor that allows you to use it on any shoes (not just Nike) and without the use of: tape, ingenuity, exacto-knife, superglue, scissors or thread and needle. True, it costs $9.95 but for those of us lacking the Macgyver gene yet too cheap to to fork over >$100 for a pair of Nikes...this does not seem like a high price to pay.

The Nike + and the iPod Nano are a terrific pair! You can load whatever motivating music you like into the Nano and then listen to it as you walk, jog, run, saunter, swagger, lope, or stroll. When you get home, you upload your statistics automatically from your iTunes site to the Nike + site and compete against yourself.

Now this is a technology that might acutally help people! I love it! And I'll start using all this again once I actually feel inspired.......or the weather clears up.....or I win the lottery and don't have to work anymore...
