This multi-function unit is great for slow and pressure cooking, browning, and steaming. Using it's digital timer, you can cook items with up to an 8 hour delay. The slow cooking function allows for up to 9.5 hours of cooking with an auto shut-off.

Aswan, thank you for the information. I've been surfing the web for several months now researching electric pressure cookers. I narrowed my list down to Nesco, Wolfgang Puck and Cook's Essentail. The Nesco is currently on sale at Sear's and I already have a $50.00 coupon, so I'm buying it.
