If you don't have a problem with WalMart, this Olivia crib is pretty cute, with an appealingly modern minimalism (earning a thumbs up from Apartment Therapy's Ohdeedoh). It's also quite inexpensive. Conversion capability for a toddler bed is a nice touch, as is the non-toxic finish.

Here's another alternative to the Ouef crib. Ringing in at $300 this is a worthy opponent, Modern, stylish, attractive, and a cinch to put together. One reader claimed they put it together solo in 30 minutes. (via Kids Stuff World)
