The Sunbeam Rocket Grill is an amazing new indoor grilling appliance that uses special parchment paper pouches to cook your favorite fresh or frozen steaks, hamburgers, hot dogs, veggies, fish and chicken. The parchment pouches hold in all the juices and keep the food moist and flavorful while channeling fat & grease away to a reservoir at the bottom of the bag resulting in 300% reduced fat intake and 300% reduced grilling time. Fresh foods cook in 3-8 minutes and frozen foods cook in 8-12 minutes. (via The Green Head)
