Ever since I say buh-bye to my dreads its back to the flat iron for me. I went for the good stuff and picked up this iron by Ion at Sally Beauty. I really like it, even though I hate flat ironing my hair. This iron heats up to 450 degrees but I usually only crank it to 350 something 400 if I am having a really bad hair day. It's light weight, heats up fast and does what I need it to -- which is to make me NOT look like Tina Turner ... no offense Tina.
