I do a lot of running...fine, I do a lot of jogging on the trails near where I live. During the summer it is oppressively hot & humid, so staying hydrated is a must. But carrying a waterbottle is really an inconvenience, plus, they don't always last my entire journey.
This is perfect, just strap it around your shoulder and you're ready to go. It holds 2 liters of water and comes with a tube & mouth piece.
