I started using this about 6 months before my beach vacation, along with 2 days of 1-hr exercise a week and no dieting -- it completely worked! I only used a quarter-sized amount per thigh once per day instead of the 2x as recommended and they never felt so smooth! I never would have believed the hype had I not experienced its wonders myself. I swear I could FEEL it working as soon as I applied it!
